海角社区 State interior design student receives scholarship from international design association

Junior 海角社区 State interior design major Sydney J. MacMann of Diamondhead recently received a scholarship from the , which has a mission to inspire collaboration within the furnishings and design industry to support its people, their products and services.

To be considered for the $1,500 IFDA Leaders Commemorative Scholarship, MacMann submitted two essays describing her activities and interests and reason for choosing to major in interior design along with a resume and two samples of her work.

MacMann is a member of Phi Mu Fraternity, the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) and the Collegiate Society of Interior Designers at MSU. Upon graduation, she plans to start a career in the commercial or healthcare design industry and she hopes to make a true difference in people鈥檚 lives through design.

Accredited by the Council for Interior Design Accreditation and National Association of Schools of Art and Design, MSU鈥檚 interior design program is part of the 海角社区.
