, associate professor of art in State University’s , is among speakers participating in ’s “The Next 200" on Feb. 14.
“The Next 200” features captivating talks on diverse topics in 18 minutes or less. Bostic will share insight for parents raising artistic children.
The talks will be held at the Craig H. Neilsen Auditorium in Jackson.
An award-winning realist painter, Bostic has served as an MSU associate professor of art since 2010. He holds a Master of Arts degree from Syracuse University; a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Pratt Institute in his hometown of Brooklyn; and an Associate in Arts degree from Sullivan County Community College in Loch Sheldrake, New York. His primary teaching areas include drawing, painting and illustration.
